Aluminum Grand collapsible floor telecommunication cabinets of the Aluminum Grand series are designed for placement of active and passive telecommunication equipment, as well as for protection against unauthorized access to the cabinet equipment.

The main advantages of this cabinet are its frame made of a special profile (pressed aluminum) that adds strength and reliability to the structure, easy access to the equipment installed inside, as well as compact packaging (flatpack).

The advantage of the Aluminum Grand series over steel cabinets:

• Improved electrical conductivity of structural elements;
• Stability of the geometric dimensions and symmetry of the pressed profile is higher than when the profile is made of sheet metal;
• Set of properties of the pressed aluminum profile preserves its physical and geometric dimensions during the entire period of operation;
• Feature of the pressed profile consists in additional stiffening ribs in the areas responsible for the load-bearing capacity of the structure;
• When using individual elements of the cabinet made of aluminum, it allows to obtain a lighter mass of the structure as a whole;
• Protection class – IP20;

The frame of the Aluminum Grand cabinet allows it to withstand the maximum permissible distributed load of up to 650 kg.

The line of floor cabinets of the Aluminum Grand series includes cabinets with a height of 18 to 47 units. The width of the cabinet is 600 mm and 800 mm. The depth of cabinets in this line is 600/800/1000 mm.

The front/rear doors are fixed with a turn-and-fold lock with a handle and can be supplied in the following versions:

– with tempered glass 4 mm thick;

– perforated;

– blind

 

The door opening angle is more than 180°. The door can be installed both on the left and on the right side of the cabinet.

Instead of the back door, a blind panel can be installed, which is fixed with a rotary-push lock.

The standard scope of supply includes 4 galvanized unit racks that ensure reliable fastening of the equipment inside the cabinet. The depth of the racks can be adjusted with an increment of 25 mm.
